In my practice, I work with each client as a unique individual, bringing a science-based, empathetic approach that combines my homeopathic and naturopathic expertise, while tailoring every treatment to each person’s health history and life experience. I work from two complementary pillars of natural healing:

The first is Classical Homeopathy, which explores how each person uniquely expresses states of dis-ease. Whether the imbalance is physical or emotional, it affects both levels — though the way it manifests can vary widely. For example, the same physical symptoms — migraines, poor digestion, or skin affections — can present concomitantly with different emotional or mental responses: irritability in one person, withdrawal in another, restlessness in another, or changes in mental performance or sleep, depending on each individual, including hereditary predisposition. Remedies act energetically, promoting change from the inside out. This classical approach works on both the physical and mental-emotional levels, supporting the body’s natural restoration of balance.

The second pillar, Naturopathy, focuses on lifestyle and environmental factors that influence health. I work with clients by identifying factors within their daily routines that may contribute to states of dis-ease, and recommending nature-aligned, life-enhancing practices tailored to each individual, nurturing and sustaining the process fostered through homeopathic care.

My aim is to help clients cultivate renewed vitality and a greater sense of health and wellbeing in daily life.

Treatment & Consultations

Remedy recommendations are tailored to each individual patient, according to their specific symptoms. In order to find a homeopathic remedy that matches you and your symptoms as precisely as possible, a thorough understanding of the exact symptoms you are experiencing will be necessary. Through a confidential, in-depth consultation, all aspects of your health and wellbeing, including your past medical history, mental/emotional states, diet, lifestyle, as well as you current health problems  - including those running in your family — will be assessed.

As a guideline, an initial homeopathic treatment will be comprised of 1 appointment each 4-6 weeks during 3-4 months. For long-standing chronic conditions, a course of treatment may be needed. However, since homeopathy focuses on the individual, during our introductory or initial appointment, I will provide you with an overview of your levels of health indicating which treatment strategy best suits you, also taking into consideration your wellbeing goals. Throughout the treatment, I will closely monitor your progress and as a team, we will discuss and agree on the next steps.

The initial homeopathic consultation usually lasts up to 75 minutes, whilst follow up appointments may be shorter (45-60 minutes).

My approach is to provide you with the highest service standards with quality and support level, not only during consultations, but also throughout your entire homeopathic treatment journey. 

*Treatments are usually conducted in English or Portuguese languages. By demand, Spanish and German are also available.
