We realise how important it is to securely store any information that you provide.

This site may use PayPal and Stripe payment processing to provide optimum levels of security. Card and account details are captured on secure servers, keeping abreast of the latest payment or anti-fraud developments. Our clients are protected from fraudulent use of their card in a "card not present" environment, by their card issuers.

All of the payment processing systems support the verification of Address and Security Code information. This verification service is supported by the Card Schemes (such as Visa, MasterCard).

Verification is done in partnership with UK banks and card issuers, who actually do the checking of the credit/debit cards used by clients.

These verification services operate in the UK. Outside of the UK, where other checking solutions are used, PayPal and Stripe (and their banking partners) always try to include the verification information within the details of an authorised transaction.

We do not store client’s credit card or financial details anywhere on our website, our database or on any physical documentation, nor do we share client’s details with any third-party services.

Cancellation Policy

Clients who register for any of the Homeopathy Viva events and consultation or training programs have the right to cancel and receive a full refund outside the 24-hour and 48-hour cancellation window, for online and in-person appointments, respectively, before appointment is scheduled to commence.

If a client needs to cancel a consultation appointment or training session, they should provide at least 24 hours notice or the fee is forfeited.

All refunds will be processed back to the credit card the purchase was made on via PayPal or Stripe, with the associated payment processing fees being the responsibility of the client.
